Terms & conditions

1. Acceptance
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the SchoolTV Academy course (“Course”), the purchasing entity (“School”) agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Licence and Access
2.1 SchoolTV grants the School a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Course for the number of students purchased.
2.2 Access is provided for the agreed course period only and may not be shared, resold, or sublicensed.

3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Fees are as stated on the invoice and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise specified.
3.2 Payment is due within the timeframe stated on the invoice.
3.3 Access to the Course may be suspended if payment is overdue.

4. Refunds and Cancellations
4.1 Fees are non-refundable once access to the Course has been provided, except where required by law.
4.2 If access has not yet been provided, refund requests must be made in writing and are subject to SchoolTV’s approval.

5. Course Content and Outcomes
5.1 The Course is an educational wellbeing resource and does not constitute medical, psychological, or clinical advice.
5.2 SchoolTV does not guarantee specific learning, wellbeing, or behavioural outcomes for students.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All Course content remains the intellectual property of SchoolTV.
6.2 The School must not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute Course materials without prior written consent.

7. Student Data and Privacy
7.1 SchoolTV will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the SchoolTV website.
7.2 The School is responsible for ensuring it has appropriate parental and student consents where required.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, SchoolTV’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the Course.
8.2 SchoolTV is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the Course.

9. Termination
9.1 SchoolTV may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.
9.2 Termination does not relieve the School of its payment obligations.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

11. Updates
SchoolTV may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of invoicing applies to that purchase.
