What is the Youth Wellbeing Course?
The Youth Wellbeing Course empowers Year 8 students to build mental health literacy, develop empathy, and support peers with confidence. Designed by SchoolTV Academy and informed by leading experts, it makes mental health education practical, structured, and easy to deliver in any school setting.
Developed in collaboration with students, educators,
psychologists and wellbeing specialists.
Research and Credibility
The Youth Wellbeing Course is grounded in evidence-based research, using the internationally recognised Delphi consensus method to identify best practices in youth mental health education. This process brought together psychologists, educators, and wellbeing specialists to create a program that’s both research-led and classroom-ready.
The curriculum is continually reviewed and updated by our wellbeing specialists to ensure it reflects current findings and remains relevant to today’s students.
